I agree on that the upgrades you mentioned can be way too op if you put all points into them. Needs to be put some chill pills into it.

Honestly, there is really nothing to be done about the camping and pointwhoring on most maps. If there was the "insta slay" and shit it would just ruin the fun even more.
It's just a part of any game tbh. But every member should keep in mind that they are, in fact, killing the servers by hunting and stopping here and there to camp on the way to the objective. Yes some objectives takes time to complete = camp like protecting stuff. But completely ignoring an obj is not something WE should do.
It is much worse when someone with the tag does it than a regular player since it damages the overall Reputation for SoD i guess.
Now i can't say i am 100% clean, because i am not even near 50%. I love to get points and kills, but i know where the limit is. Running for the obj is something i always force myself to keep in mind.

Now about the map rotation, i love the idea. I don't know much maps at all to be honest xD
Not saying that the cooldown thing is something bad, cause it is not. But it alone wont solve the problems with map rotation.
People will still choose camp maps, but if you read what i have to say down below you might see what i mean.

Some maps require a certain amount of players to actually be playable. Lila billy can't be played with 3 people, yet people tend to nominate it when the player amount is really low. So the nominate system should be locked on the player amount partly also and not just how often they have been played. This way people wont be able to choose the extreme camping maps like Rq, church and other shit.

Steam is more of private convos. Shoutbox not the place to take it either.
Having an actual group chat is something else.

Kik is the best i know since people might don't want to share their private information like some of us do =)
Now of course this will be a free choice for all the members to join or not.

As of why i like the idea. It's simply a way for us members to get familiar with each other. If people continue to talk in private convos the community will just get more split and so on.
The whole group chat will be kept as drama-free as possible of course. And those who join will need to count on that everyone might not always be on their side cause some discussions here and there will happen. Bad and dark humor jokes will probably also be a thing, so again, those who join can't be oversensitive :p

Well, i like the idea. Not only can it make the gameplay funnier, but also as you mentioned, It promotes the server and it's features.
