First of all that's a good text. I agree on it and the staff actually has been more strict in past, until... ZPS started to die last year around this time. Servers have been empty (and I remember me and/or Leo usually sat hours everyday afk on server just to gather a player base of 10 people max, sometimes we were so lucky we got 16 people or rarely even full for one map), just because we punished everyone and SoD was known as the "fags, who ban everyone and ruin fun" (the time I usually spend on our servers now, I used to spend in other servers, a lot on the perksmod server aswell so I heard many opinions). We simply had no choice, than to adjust the punishment to a lower level, so people actually join the server and play and fortunately we finally have built a somewhat of a regular player base (probably thanks to 3.0). At this point it is probably time to go back to the old punishment behaviour and sort out the people, who don't suit in or force them to respect the rules. Which I recently started. There was mentioned something about SoD member or not as rulebreaker, that should actually be obvious and I treated it like this in past anyway.

Another aspect about active admins, yes pret already explained it, if there is no proof, we can't punish people, even I collect proof. Some people don't like it, but sadly this is the way it's done. People been asking for active admins and I can tell you right off: I don't see even a single person currently suiting for an admins role promotion (whether it's due to trust issues, lack of activity or simple personality unsuited for this job), I would like to have more active admins, but few current aren't that active anymore (of which a few have been sorted out and next will follow, if they stop showing up and doing their job). And so we are stuck in this current situation. Barking for "I want admin" is definitely not the way to earn it.

Nice Xerox! What about songs still playing after map change in loading screen? Any possibility?

Some issue on Frozenheart, there is an objective part which triggers a theme and interrupts the current song.

Yeah Oky has a point, I was thinking of something like this. Well actually it's already done similar on the manager side, like decisions are made on factors like activity, amount of repsone by members (+ or -), overall impression and from that we decide, whether an app needs more time or someone is ready to join. We had recent applicants who applied too early and none of them made it through yet, because again, at the end of the day member votes decide, who can join and who can not, regardless of him being active for a day or a year. But putting a minimum timer for applications (Okys example 3 weeks) can be usefull, to know, when the deadline for us managers and for you members is.

I don't have a final decision on that yet. I mean on the one hand you're right people apply too early and current members don't even know the person and (bad) decisions might be made too early. But on the other hand I don't wanna restrict applications to a timer and let them do their own decision on when to apply (and no way put it above 2-3 months. I personally would lose interest too if I first had to wait until I can apply and then wait another time during my application). People are completely different and so should be their shaping of applications. Some applicants climb pretty fast and get higher positions in less time, some take more time (best example for fast climbing is Mr.Rabbit). Like Leo already mentioned about Lukes recommendation thread for new applicants, people who apply too early can't get around the members opinions and have to wait long enough anyway because members will need more time to get a good Impression. What I find more important is that our members get an actual impression and give a reasonable respone to whether the applicant should be accepted or not. Don't go for a final decision too early if you aren't sure yet and take your time to decide and reply. Going for "-1 I don't like him" doesn't make the decision better for us, rather explain as to why the applicant deserves to be accepted or not. All in all what I tried to say is that I would like to look at each applicant individually with his own strengths an weaknesses rather than shaping him into a square out of rules and forms because at the end of the day you guys still give your opinions and vote whether someone suits in or not. But like I said I'm not fully sure yet and would like to see some good ideas/opinions and also gonna talk to Cody about this.

Just wanted to add some special rule for the map zpo_army_of_deadites_sod_v1.
Basically this map's about defending a book inside the castle (as human), therefore it also makes sense to stay inside the castle and not go outside to hunt for zombies.
Rule: Leaving the castle (as human) is not allowed and will be considered as spawncamping/spawnkilling.

    Have a nice day!

Well there goes my shiny orange tag. But for real though thanks for giving me the opportunity to join the high nubs team I really appreciate that and I'll try my best on this position. I'm looking forward on what's coming in future and would like help out whereever I can. As Joux already mentioned above please don't hesitate to contact me on any kinds of issues (whether community (members admins, applications), server related stuff (rpg, bugs, etc) or any other problem or concern) and I'll try to resolve the issues or redirect them to the next best person. I'd like to say thanks and let's go I guess. ;>
Also for the name how about Jouxperience mod [JXP]?

Looks good Uncle Joux but will we also be able to use that earned stuff on eu1 and 2 and if yes what will be the benefit there (instead of double points for rpg, double points for the normal ranking?)? Also will we get our tokens back we had before?

If that will be considered then you have to think about it first: will it be worth it? There are already at least two church based servers. If sod launches a church server then: will there be enough players so that this server will run active from it's own like the cabin one? Will it have anything to stand out from the other church servers (rpg or not, VIP or not)? As another simple church server it will cut it as much as someone launches a cabin server and tries to compete the sod one. About the friendly fire I don't know it might be fun to play sometimes so I liked what Leo said to keep it as some member meeting thingy. What I remember though are maps like badbay (something, forgot the name) where humans and zombies have to capture points and both teams respawn. Would be nice if that map would be added on eu1 and/or 3 if they work.
