Someone can be more useful than you right now as level 2. The difference between level 2 & level 1 is !vban !vkick. What's the point if you don't use them anyway?

We can't have everyone level 2 since sometimes we have enough.

She got nerfed a bit a while ago. But I'd she's the best in mid try to roam.

EDIT: Now when I think about it, she obviously can top too but against certain champs. Jungle is possible I don't know if it's hard or easy with the new jungle. But I think best would be mid as apc.

Don't know, probably I want them to release champions faster than I obtain IP for them otherwise it's boring.. Soon I have all the runes and then I got literally nothing to waste my IP on.
Maybe they should do like in Smite. Release recolor skin for each champ and make it cost 1.5 IP more than the champion. I'm just stacking there IP and going nowhere..
