It doesn't matter, then people would main 2 or 3 mains, you can't ban 3 mains just for 1 guy. The point is to pick something that fits your team, an the enemy team.
If you have a Cait and a Karma or a Thresh against you in bot and you main Vayne you would be dumb to pick a Vayne versus Cait and Karma lol, hella dumb.

There are no really "hard" counters for adcs vs adcs obviously.
Trust me, if you play many champions in mid instead of one you will be much better.
Look at it from the perspective on LCS, do you see the pro scene players play only one champion?
No man, no matter what you say, playing only one champion in any role except adc (MAYBE) is less effective than playing a role with many champions.

Now now Lex the Boon, some words from a diamond, Joux can confirm that too, don't main a champion, main a lane with many champion picks. If you had one very good game with a champion where you were like 20/0 it doesn't mean it's time to main it. You will pick it next game, get countered and be 0/20. Always pick a champion that fits the enemy team/counters enemy lane.
For example, if I main mid ( I don't main a champion though I love Jax mid ) I'll give you a few examples
Enemy team has ALOT of CC (And no 2-3 stuns is not a lot.)? I pick Morgana mid
Enemy team is squishy? I pick Talon/Annie.
We have an insane poke team like Cait,Jayce,Ezreal,Viktor etc? I will pick a Syndra, Xerath etc.
Got good aoe ult synergy team? I'll match it.
We got no tanks/engagers? I'll pick a Gragas, Kennen etc.
I believe you understood.

In the IDF everything you receive you need to work for it.
For this tag the unit ran 4km with a vest,helmet,6 magazines - 174 bullets, two 1.5L water canteens.
Was quite hard, felt like I'm about to die at the end but the feeling is amazing when you know you're done with it and there's a reward.
The target by the end of our training is to do a 50km run with the full equipment and then we start with the "inside building" operations.

This week as far as I understood we're going to have a 6km run for an Meprolight M21.

Yeah the recoil is insane, we never shoot on automatic, always on semi and still after each shot the aim jumps like 3-5 cm to the top left/right when aiming down to 50m.
3-5 cm is an INSANE difference in 50m, a difference which can make you miss a head.
