So admins decide over a decision of a root admin ? Wow just wow. Isnt there already 20% bonus if you survive as human or am i mixing it up with fungrades ?!

It was actually Verge who made that call (back when Joux was taking a break and you were gone too); Ever since no one has debated about it anymore

Well Mike, @Joux could maybe make a reward for every human player that makes it til the end.

E.g.: right now, winning by doing the objective doesn't grant any noticable points; How about we change that?
For finishing the map you get x-amount of points.
For every human being that's alive you get y-amount of points extra? This should encourage even the solo-players to keep as many people alive as possible.

Not sure what the current deal is with the points, but I thought there were extra points to be earned by being in a group of humans?

And to defend Bludy: ofcourse it's not fun to read your name here tagged and it might cause tensions, but otherwise the people who this thread targeted might've not noticed it and then this whole thread would be useless and there would've been no discussion (discussion about such topics is good).

I hope no one feels humiliated or something. I am sure Bludy did not mean it in a bad way, to purposefully harm other members

... you hear a joke about what's funnier than 24 (it's 25 --> spongebob reference) and you die yet again from laughter

    RTD...

Remember that everyone was new in game , and when you played there was a lot of people that insult you and make you fell like trash. So why should we be good with the new ones ?

I don't remember being insulted? Many people, like Char, Bludy and Mr. 9, helped me to the point where I am today (answering questions, giving tips,...). Even non-members answered my questions; I don't remember you being insulted either :O

Really ? What about the time when all the player stay , and just 1 or 2 go to do the objective all the time ? For example in the redqueen map almost all the players stay up, doesn't matter if they are new or old zps gamers. They just stay and wait for others.

In Redqueen I am often frustrated about going to get the key all by myself too, but I just say in the beginning: "come down with me guys" and often 3 or 4 people will protect me. When I see a "noob" going down, I follow him to protect him, because one noob zombie isn't strong, but when all weak humans die, there will be a lot of noob zombies, and they can f*ck you up real bad :P

Apart that spawnkilling is not allowed on zpo_bar (it never was. Even Joux said its not allowed).

It is allowed. Windowcamping on the other hand, is not allowed. We had a discussion about this, and many admins agreed that shooting from the bar into the spawn was allowed (I did not agree with that)

Usually people won't even say thanks for saving them.

So because people don't say thanks we shouldn't do nice things? I shouldn't give up my seat to an older person when he doesn't say thanks? The reward for saving someone comes often later, either by 1) that person didn't become a zombie so less threats or 2) when you're being raped he might come help you too.

And about the teamwork: here's what it says on the store-page of ZPS: Zombie Panic: Source is a cooperative survival horror-modification for Half Life 2 --> cooperative = teamwork; Nuff said Kappa
I'll end my rant by digging up an old quote from under the dust: "Be the change you want to see in the world." - Mohandas Gandhi

Want to add a thing: since when did it become more important to have as many points as possible than to have a lot of fun? I remember times we were just messing around or be in spec-room for a whole map just because it was fun.

I've seen many members whose sole goal it is to get as many points as possible and this by any means necessary. This is not what a community is about. A community is to make new friends and have fun with them.
This includes new people. They should have fun too but it's not fun to be insta-raped by the more experienced players.

Compare it to a person who plays DOTA2/LoL for the first time. I've read many new players who hated the game because they got called noob etc. Instead of putting all that effort into humiliating a person, put the effort in helping him.

So in short: don't go point-whoring.
What I do to make it more fun for weaker players: I collect good guns (so the point-whores can't get them) and give them to the weaker so they too can have a fair chance.

I knew the text below it was fake, but I was desperately hoping there would be a video named: "All Belgians named Jens are noob"...

Is a man wrong for having hopes and dreams?
