Indeed, there's also the eu1 server where there's no speed upgrade. Maybe you can practice a little bit there first, and then try the eu2 again?

Reset of points is not a good idea imo, since many people put a lot of time in it and then they would just see all that time go to waste...

To go back on-topic and end the "off"-topic stuff:

We should not benefit members above others by giving them a skin after a petition, because maybe others will get same idea and after a while everyone is making petitions for a skin he wants (I could make one for Lara Croft e.g.)

However, this member is quite special, since he's litterally obsessed about Miku. I would not be surprised if his room is full of posters of her. And I know it would make him so happy if he got it; and why not make some other human being happy?

I'm not saying +1, nor -1. Just gave some stuff that might convince some people who are on the fence
