Not entirely true. It did work for some time, but then something happened (*looks at Joux*) which changed/deactivated/undid/whatever the plugin.
Funny btw that it was only after this problem was fixed that the complaints started to flow in

As far as I'm concerned, there have already been lvl2 people sins the day that it was introduced, that being some months ago.
When someone is a member for long enouph and is an active player, he or she will be promoted to level-2. -

I've heard of members votekicking and votebanning, so the plugin works.
Only thing is only lvl2 members can do that, so that leaves the lvl1 members confused (sinse they once could use them). -

how long to ban? 30 min?
Sins many players know very good it is against the rules, the fact that it is happing so much & because it isn't provocable, I'd suggest a 60min ban instead of just 30min.
