You tube channel

Listen guys I am thinking of starting a YouTube channel like I like upload vids about we guys playing zps and messing around I have a problem I can't any software which will record my gameplay with dropping my frames any suggestions ? I will be grateful if u guys help me I tried fraps,dxtory and raxor cortex they all make my game lag when I start recording
